Chef Krystal Harris, of Chef Krystal Fitness, personal chef to NBA stars, launched Trash Panda Vegan in December of 2019 out of a passion for helping transitional eaters. She launched the food truck in March of 2020 at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
